Proudly Serving Opens in Long Beach at Marina Pacifica
Long Beach just got another smash burger spot.
Proudly Serving, a burger concept that originally started as a South Bay pop-up during the pandemic, has opened a new location at Marina Pacifica Shopping Center in Long Beach.
The restaurant takes over the former home of Beasties, which is interesting because Beasties was also a smash burger restaurant. In other words, the grills at this location are staying true to the same style of burger that made the space popular in the first place.
The opening also comes at a time when multiple burger restaurants have opened in Long Beach within the past month, showing that burgers are having a big moment in the city right now.
Another fun detail about this location is its neighbor. Right across Pacific Coast Highway sits one of the busiest In-N-Out Burger locations in Long Beach, meaning this stretch of road might quietly be turning into a bit of a burger hotspot.
Proudly Serving is known for its classic smash burgers, cooked on a flat top to create crispy edges, along with menu items like bacon cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries, and a fried chicken sandwich.
For Long Beach burger fans, it is simply another new option in an already strong burger scene.
