From Beach Streets and the 2025 Long Beach Pride Festival to Downtown World Cup viewing parties and community activations across the city, Time & Space has helped coordinate the logistics, production, and operations that allow thousands of people to simply show up and enjoy themselves.

Most recently, the company partnered with the VIP Family Foundation to produce the inaugural World Famous Block Party: Juneteenth Edition, transforming Downtown Long Beach into a celebration of music, culture, food, local businesses, and community. Held on June 20, 2026, the event honored the legacy of VIP Records while bringing together families, artists, entrepreneurs, and thousands of attendees in the heart of the city.

Earlier this year, Time & Space also helped deliver one of the city’s most ambitious productions to date.

In March 2026, KASSO Skate & Sound made its U.S. debut in Downtown Long Beach, bringing together professional skateboarding, live music, art, food, and culture for a one-of-a-kind international event.

For attendees, the weekend looked effortless.

Behind the scenes, it took months of planning.

Before the first skateboard touched the course, crews were preparing the site, coordinating with city departments, managing vendors, building temporary infrastructure, and transforming the venue into an event capable of welcoming thousands of guests. The project required extensive coordination and site preparation long before the public ever arrived.

“People usually only see the finished product,” says Robert Marquez, founder of Time & Space. “Our job is making sure everything behind the scenes comes together so people can simply enjoy the experience.”

That philosophy has guided the company for more than two decades.

Rather than simply supplying equipment or staffing, Time & Space serves as a production partner, helping clients solve problems, coordinate teams, navigate permitting, manage logistics, and execute events from concept through completion.

While the company proudly calls Long Beach home, its work extends throughout Southern California.
